Guest house has upstairs large en-suite with space for yoga/exercises and large deck. Guest house downstairs offers huge game room with ½ bath, and private alcove with queen sleeping sofa. And, guess, the view from the windows can easily compete with main house views.
Charming cottage has queen sleeping sofa, full bathroom, and vineyard-facing deck.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests per house is limited to ten (10) persons or the number specified in the reservation whichever is less. This number is not included small kids. The maximum number of registered guests and their visitors allowed during the day is 16 persons. This limit does not apply to children under three (3), nor does it apply on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas.
