Enjoy stunning Gulf views on the private balcony or take a short walk down to the beach to enjoy the complimentary seasonal beach service which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. This unit also offers 1 free amenity pass per day for participating activities and is conveniently located near several restaurants and activities!

Hannah was amazing, thank you! Beautiful views close to the beach and pool. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed. We had the best time and will be back.

furniture is completely worn out.

Very quiet but needs complete gut update. Very dirty and mold in bathrooms and closets so bathrooms fan switches are permanently on. We saw on dead roach and one live roach. Furniture is completely worn out in the living room. The large rug in the living room was so dirty the cleaning people just wadded it up and stuffed it into the closet..

Wonderful time!

I always worry when booking someplace online that I've never seen in person. But this place was amazing!! Condo is beautiful and amazing location.......right on the water! Only issue we had was the parking spots in the lot are TINY and situation was made worse due to some construction/maintenance work that was being done. Half the parking spots were full of equipment so we were forced to park in the spots under the building which are supposed to be for 2 vehicles each but they were so tight we could barely get out of our car and we had to move mirrors in and drop off any passengers before pulling in. Once the maintenance equipment/supplies are gone there is decent parking around the edge of parking lot. Overall, we absolutely had an amazing time with our family. Loved the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. I would highly recommend Unit 202!
