The living room area has a comfortable seating cluster and a large 50'' flat screen TV that can provide relaxing entertainment in between your many adventures.
A dining table for 4 and a simple kitchen makes it easy to satisfy your culinary desires by creating meals and snacks for all. Prefer eating out? Why not? There is a plethora of restaurants within walking distance from which to choose any cuisine.
There are 2-bedrooms, both with queen beds. They share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. With a queen sofa bed this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds; 6 with the sofa bed in the living room.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in each room for your comfort - making it easy to keep the ocean breezes flowing inside as well.
Additional amenities include a coin operated washer and dryer on an outside nook of the building, WIFI and cable, and one (1) off-street parking space (compact cars only).

It is the perfect setting for really experiencing life at the beach. Its excellent central location also makes it easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - making everything super easy.
It is both a great value and location, a short drive to many of the greater San Diego areas world-class attractions such as SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many more.
It is the perfect place to truly enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. All manner of water sports are also available here within walking distance via Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties. NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is not permitted on city sidewalks or beaches either.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located on the second floor (exterior staircase to front door, interior is all on one level). Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are, before booking.
7-night minimum in Peak Season :: 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

I rented this unit for spring break with my family. It is a second story walk up, a block from the beach. Upon entering, the smell was horrible. Almost like cat? I had to Instacart two huge candles from Target. The screens of the windows are ripped and none of the shades (which are covered in dust) would raise up, they would only swivel to open. We came to San Diego during a cold snap and the unit was quite cold. I called in for the property manager and they sent a worker right away. Let me tell you about this furnace…. First of all, they had to light the pilot light, but the issue was that was the whole of the unit, behind the screen was just covered in thick dust. Paint peeling off the external part of the unit. Just an ungodly thing to look at. Then, of course it went out and my family and I were freezing, all night long. We actually left this unit after one night, it would so horrible. Couch had a pull out - it was so used and beyond its years, you just sank. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, but I was most disgusted about the vent for the stove not even being covered by any rodent mesh or wire. Literally I could see outside. Can’t imagine how much infestation that allows inside. Is that even allowed by code? Finally, the bathroom. Tub was so so so gross. I wanted to scrub it myself. Dirty and gross plastic shower curtain covered in residue. There is a difference between “beach vibes” and not caring about a guests experience. I don’t recommend this unit at all.

Beach stay

The apartment was only a few blocks from the beach so the location was great. The beds were comfortable. We could hear the neighbors a few times but it wasn’t bad. But if you had a loud group staying in the next unit or below you it could be quite loud. We were given the wrong security code for check in. We had to call and were on hold for 7 minutes or so but were able to get thru to someone and got the correct code. Not a lot of extra things…no beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. They did provide one small shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Another thing to note: when we booked our reservation we had to do a background check and a Docusign with our drivers license. I’ve never had to do that with VRBO before.

Great location! Great place for a short stay! Only issue was the lock didn't work so had to call the after hours number and they directed me to a lockbox to get the key. No issues after that.
