Warm wood finishes, Aztec patterns, and modern amenities make up the light-filled interior of your stay. The living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. Whereas the well-equipped kitchen boasts ample meal prep space and a suite of stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, dine inside at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the sunny patio.

The condo's bedrooms will invite you in with open arms. Here, you can sink into the plush linens, cool off under the central air-conditioning, and dream sweet dreams. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The secondary bedroom has two twin beds that connect to make a king-sized bed (it is currently configured this way).
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Mexico LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
