Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home. Home has been completely updated to meet Premier status! All the amenities of home, plus the private resort without the theme park rates. This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. You will find:

We just got home from staying at this beautiful property for a week for our family vacation. The owners are so nice and made sure our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and they made sure to start us off with some goodies. We just booked this house again for next year! Thank you Pam and Bill for sharing your house with us!

This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful home. It’s perfect and the owners are great, they call and welcome you when you arrive. The location is great, very close to so many things and even walking distance to Publix. I would recommend this house to anyone!

The VRBO was perfect for our group of 8. Our party included 4 adults and 4 children. My only complaint about the townhome was that you could not turn the air down below 72, but luckily there were fans in each bedroom to keep you cool at night. The kitchen was stocked perfectly to accommodate dinners at home. The owner also provided beach towels for the guest to use which was an added bonus. On two days either the lazy river or hot tube were closed, but that was at no fault of the owners rather the resort itself.

Beautiful townhome

Pam & Bill have a beautiful townhome. Easy access, nicely decorated. Centrally located for attractions. Publix, Sunday's and Mia's within walking distance. The resort wasn't favorable tho. We knew lazy river was being resurfaced but didn't know it included hot tubs & playground. The pool area is to small for the amount of people using it. Was told numberous times from Frankie's employees it was off season that is why they close whenever. Tried a few times to get ice cream for grandkids for dessert to no avail so walked to Publix.

Pam and Bill McCreary live in Louisville, KY (Home of the Kentucky Derby). We have been married for over 35 years and have two adult children along with grandchildren. We have visited the Orlando Area annually and know what it takes to present a fun, relaxing vacation for you. We have made sure these nice extra touches are included in our townhome. We welcome you to share in our Florida home with us.

Why they chose this property

We stayed here in August 2010 and liked it so much we bought a unit. We completely updated it for your and our use. You have everything you need at the resort to the point there is no reason to leave, but you are also close to all of the Orlando Area attractions.

What makes this property unique

We are two short blocks from the resort pool, restaurant and other amenities - less than 300 yards (275 meters) - you will not need to drive back and forth from our home. We have added several nice family friendy touches like the children's wagon, the library of movies and books, the wall mounted flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the large full size washer and dryer and the large yard directly outside the rear of the unit. The first floor Master Bath has been equipped with safety bars for entry/exit safety, a portable bench and optional hose mounted shower head.
