Safety concern

First of all, there was something scratching and crawling around in the ceiling. Second night there was an altercation with tenants in the unit across from us which resulted in cops and paramedics being called. One of the tenants was taken away in handcuffs. Both women were clearly intoxicated or on drugs. The neighborhood is not the greatest. I would suggest anyone to look into this area before renting. Unfortunately I would not recommend.
