BEDROOMS

This home has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The rooms are on the second floor, providing independence from the living space. The expertly designed bedrooms feature sober minimalist colors, plentiful windows, high-end linens, and locally inspired artwork. Each bedroom is designed to reflect the natural beauty and give guests a comfortable place to unwind. Our bedrooms are designed to be perfect for kids or adults, with exceptionally comfortable beds and plenty of space. Main bedroom has 54-inch tv. Second room has a comfortable working station.


KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is big enough for multiple guests to move in and out, and is complete with cooking essentials, including a drip and French press coffee makers. With a nice kitchen nook for sipping a glass of wine while your partner cooks, the dining room is right across from the kitchen. The fun design of this space really brings the classic New England atmosphere.

LIVING AREA
The main living room is equipped with a 42-inch smart TV and a big, comfy couch. Tons of space and even more seating here creates the perfect hang out spot for your entire group!

OUTSIDE SPACE
This home offers multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. There is a deck with a dinning table and a BBQ. The big backyard is dotted with trees and is perfect for running and playing, and most importantly you can enjoying a dip in the heated hot tub which is open all year-round.

Footwear must be worn to the side of the Hot Tub.
If temperature is over 104◦F DO NOT enter.
No jumping or diving.
No children under the age of 5 allowed in the Hot Tub.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No eating or drinking in or around the Hot Tub.
No smoking in or around the Hot Tub.
Do not use soaps or oils in the Hot Tub.
Please use the Hot Tub cover when not in use.
Please ensure after use that jets and lights are off and lid is down and latches are in place.
No smoking in or around the Hot Tub.


$600 charge will apply if Hot Tub needs drained and refilled due to breaking of rules.


The Hot Tub may be unavailable at certain times due to weather conditions or for maintenance procedures.
