Unprofessional

I was very disappointed with this reservation. I contacted the property owner to get info on my check-in 6 hrs prior to me arriving, I hear nothing from the host until I am 10 minutes away, and the message was that my reservations were canceled! When I finally was able to speak with the host she told me that guest were still at the property, and were staying and that she was new to the vrbo app, I guess that meant she didn't see my messages, not really sure but nonetheless, she told me that she had refunded my card, this was at 8:02pm. So, I had to go back online and try and find another location, fortunately for me I was able to find one, but couldn't get into it until it was cleaned, so it was after midnight when we finally were able to access the other location.
