All you need for your stay is inside the house. Main Bedroom with King Bed, a Private Bathroom, Big Smart TV, Rest Chair and a large Wall Mirror. The second room with a Queen Bed and a Large TV. The third Room with 2 Full Beds, a Smart Tv, and a shared bath. A total of 4 Smart TVs are available inside. All kitchen appliances are available. The Resort amenities are lovely for kids and grown-ups as well. This is a family fun and relaxing place like no other. The house is greatly located inside a beautiful resort neighborhood. Shopping areas are really close. Everything you need to do in Orlando is less than 30 minutes from here. Great community with good neighbors, a large pool, gym access, and a very calm atmosphere.
You can easily access shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. Food markets and Grocery Stores are near and you can find a lot of different options to eat and hang out no more than 15 minutes away. Disneyland is just 15 min away and the large Outlets are less than 30 min drive.

- PLEASE READ THE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REACHING THE HOUSE. You will receive them 1 day before your arrival.
- We expect you will respect our house as if it’s yours.
- For your security, there will be under-motion cameras outside of the house pointing to the entrances. We’ll fully respect your privacy during your stay.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NONE. If you are looking for a place to have irresponsible fun and put on loud music and noise, THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE. The non-compliance with this rule will end in the cancellation of your reservation and you must have to leave the house immediately. A No-Party fee of 1,000$ will be charged.
- No weapons or drugs are allowed. Alcohol is permitted. Getting drunk out of control is not acceptable.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. 400$ per day penalty.
- Do not park in numbered spots. You will find a few NOT NUMBERED spots close to the house where you can park your car.
- Check-in time is between 4 pm and 11 pm. Feel free to let us know if for some reason you need to come at a different time.
- We are FIRM with quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am inside the house and the entire community.
- No unregistered guests or visits are allowed.
- No animals in the house.
- Any significant damage or any property loss will be charged to your card and will be notified to Airbnb and the police if necessary.
- Any significant cleaning issue that leads to an additional cleaning cost will be charged to your card.
- Check-out time is until 11 am. 150$ for the late check-out fee. If your check-out time exceeds 2 hours you will be charged for the entire day's cost.
