NOTE: The King & Prince Board of Directors has approved a project to remove all floor tiles in the walkways and to re-coat with a product that will enhance the walkway surfaces and eliminate tripping hazards. Guests at King & Prince 478 have access to a private courtyard pool for Villas residents and guests.

Please Note:  While this unit does have access to the association pool it does not have access to King and Prince owned amenities such as the main resort pool or tennis courts.  Should you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to us!
