About this property

This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena (about a 10 min walk), Publix and Lake Eola. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses silverware etc. (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix, amazon prime and a digital antenna.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed but the room is a small space.

Please note the price is based on 2 guests only using the 1 bedroom. If you need the extra room there’s an extra charge per extra guest.
Please be courteous as the owner lives on premise.

There will be a 200 fine if smoking of anything is found. Please don't get excess water on the floor by the shower it will leak in the unit below.

Overall average stay

Property as described. I own my own property that I rent and ensure the whole property is open to whoever rents it. I didnt like how i would have to pay more for a bedroom that is locked. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Internet fidnt work but faulty equipment. Shower didn't work. Trash was found in the cusions of the couch. Perfect location for downtown. Owner is responsive.

Quickie trip

We would definitely stay again. We live in Jax, and came down to run The Best Damn Race. The starting line was literally a 5 minute walk, Publix, and dining are a block away, not to mention Beautiful lake eola...

Terrible experience

The host is completely unreliable. I paid full for the property over one month beforethe stay. Asked several times for the check in info in advance and never provided it just saying that it was going to be provided at the time of check in. Check in was at 3pm. At 3:15 pm sent me a message saying that he booked the apartment using another platform and the apartment was already occupied!!!! He left me and my family homeless at the last minute and we came from another city!!!! HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM USING VRBO! Is obvious he doesnt know what he is doing.
