Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), for each night of occupancy of a room at a holiday home, a Guest will have to, for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive nights, be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee”, and the Tourism Dirham fee will not be applicable for extension of more than one month.
A fee of $8.33 is applicable per night regardless of the maximum number of guests allowed in the property, which will be collected upon arrival.

Thanks a lot. Nice app. Nice location. But very noisy, because as we all know. A lot of road work are going on in Dubai. And with this work there are work all night long. So it has nothing to do with the appments lokation. It will end. We had some small wishes and they vere fullfield right away. A rack to dry clothes on and some more glasses as well as more towels. For six people is four towels not enough. May a suggest at least two per person. A little more porcelain in the kitchen would also be a good idea.
But I can only give my best recommendation for this place. Two minutes to the beach, supermarket an Dubai Marina.
