The nearest metros Diagonal or Hospital Clinic are a short walk.

You will also have access to a 24 hour emergency number for your security and comfort. We will be available 24/7 to help and guide the guest at all times. How to get around
The nearest metro is Provenca / Diagonal 5 minutes walk, Paseo de Gracia 10 minutes walk.
Things to take into consideration
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards unless agreed beforehand. Arrivals after 20:00 will be subject to an extra charge of € 35 and arrivals after midnight (00:00) will be charged € 50. Check-in outside these hours or on Saturdays and Sundays will have an additional charge of € 35. Arrivals after midnight (00:00) will be charged a surcharge of 50 € any day.
Check-outs are up to 10:00 unless agreed before hand. Check-outs on a weekend or holiday will be charged € 30.
TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS
Since 2012, local Catalan administrations orders that every tourist aged 17 and over are required to pay a small fee to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment in any area of Cataluña. This tax only applies to the first seven nights of their stay.
Tax is 2,25 € + VAT for apartments in Barcelona, which is 2,50 € per person, per night.
The hosts are responsible of collecting this payment upon arrival during check in, so please make sure to have this money prepared in cash for your check in.
Regarding your home address: we are obliged to issue invoices per each reservation, we kindly ask you for your home address as this is mandatory information to prepare the invoice. For stays of more than 32 days we are also required to provide you with a written contract which will need to be signed on arrival.
Important note: We will require that all guests after they confirm a booking to send a scanned copy of their passport. This is because according to the law in Catalunya, we as hosts are obliged to forward this information to the National State Police (Mossos D'Escuadra) for their register. Please note that all legal and registered touristic establishments such as hotels, hostels, bed & breakfast, etc, have to do the same as well. This is also for your safety in case of state emergencies you can be located and accounted for. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
No parties or events are to be held in the apartment.
Respect towards neighbors and minimal noise reduction. (Rest hours in Barcelona are between 22h - 8h). Any complaint by neighbors due to excessive noise or the lack of respect means that guests will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
You can smoke on the terraces & balconies, but not indoors or in the rooms. You will be charged 50€ if smoking inside has been detected.
