A 65-inch 4K TV in the living room along with a 55-inch 4K in the bedroom both with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ already set up on them. Equipped with a full bathroom, a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances (No dishwasher, washer, and dryer), this is a perfect getaway for groups of up to 4.

The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to a few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.

Located at the heart of Hollywood, the house benefits from proximity to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars while located within a securely gated complex. The house perimeter, however, is equipped with smart lights and a surveillance system for security purposes. The host is not responsible for ANY complications happening outside the perimeter of the advertised private unit, guests are responsible for doing their research on different neighborhoods in LA and making sure this location fits their purpose. The guests are to respect the quiet hours after 10:00 pm to contribute to the peaceful neighborhood, any violation that leads to complaints from neighbors or involvement of the authorities would be reflected directly on the guest's account and shall be legally pursued.

Guests are NOT to occupy neighbors' parking spots under any circumstance. If the cameras record your vehicle in the wrong spot, your account will be charged a penalty instantly and your vehicle will be towed away without prior notice.
